I started at CHL as a Setup Processor. The position required organization and attention to detail. Some of
my daily tasks were to order VOE’s, HOI, appraisals, payoff etc.
As a funder/closer I diligently reviewed the files that are ready to be funded. I reviewed Final/Estimated
HUD’s, Preliminary Title Report and Deed of Trust. I worked directly with title companies, processors,
closers and loan officers.

Besides funding and closing I also worked in the Quality Control and Post Shipping departments. I assisted
with reviewing files before they were shipped to different investors on a daily basis. Helping in the Quality
Control Department helped me get familiar and comfortable with the investor requirements from Freddy

· Being a Bilingual Personal Banker gave me the opportunity to work with customers who were in need to
refinance their home, auto loans, consolidate their credit card debt, equity line of credits among other
credit products. I was able to be very successful because of the ability to communicate with English and
Spanish speaking customers.
